● 15 cm【square】or 18 cm【Round】cake pan
65g cake flour or all purpose flour
65g unsalted butter
65g milk
4 egg yolks
Vanilla extract
4 egg whites
65g sugar
Baked in hot water bath
150 ° C 50 to 55 min.

●18 cm *7.5cm*H8cm【 pound】 cake pan
35g cake flour or all purpose flour
35g unsalted butter
35g milk
2 egg yolks
Vanilla extract
2 egg whites
35g sugar
Baking in a hot water bath
150℃(302°F) 30-35min.

● 20cm 【square】 cake pan
115g cake flour or all purpose flour
115g unsalted butter
115g milk
7 egg yolks
Vanilla extract
7 egg whites
115g sugar
Baking in a hot water bath
150℃(302°F) 65-70min.

    年末はこの台湾カステラを型を変え分量を変えずーっと作り続けていました。何台作ったかわかりません。
    その甲斐あってすっごく美味しいカステラができました。みんなに配って食べさせたい!
    他のサイズの型で作る場合の分量も概要欄に追加しました。

  3. Hey I M from india my all product which i have entered in it gone waste my cake was not made perfect the batter was inside it like that only over i kept it 2 hrs but no result please help me

  4. So I tried it. Just putted it in the oven XD Let’s pray now 😀😂 the batter when I put the butter and milk in was not as liquidy. I also used plain flour and cornstarch to make cake flour. Also I found the meringue part difficult XD I think I put in sugar too fast and over whipped the meringue.. I also found the set up really hard aswell. I had to look up how to fold baking paper into a circle tin XD The set up barely fitted into my oven lol .. my batter at the end was very bubbly.. probably over mixed the meringue lol.. really let’s pray XD I don’t have whipped cream… what should I make instead?
