Ingredients (8 cakes)
For the fillings
100g peeled split mung bean ( ½ cup)
¼ cup shredded young coconut (optional)
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp sugar
11g vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
¼ tsp salt

For the dough
1 cup glutinous rice flour “Bot Nep” (or sweet rice flour mochiko) 100g
3 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
